Escuela Viva delivers family-style meals to early childcare programs!  

Our mission at Escuela Viva Meal Delivery is to support busy families and educators with healthy meals designed for young children. We provide the nourishing food that every child deserves, while relieving parents and teachers from the daily challenges of meal prep.

With over 20 years of feeding children at our network of schools, we offer you the kid-friendly, vegetarian, federally-reimbursable meal service we’ve developed and love.

Amanda

Amanda Lynch

Amanda was born and raised in the San Francisco Bay Area and attended UC Berkeley with a major in Post-Modern Literature and a minor in Race and Performance. She has worked for two decades with children of all ages in a variety of capacities, loves the work, and is very excited to be working at Escuela Viva in the Mapache class. Amanda has lived in both Guatemala and Mexico and enjoys travel above all other things (aside possibly from cheese and books) She lives in The Cully Neighborhood of Portland with her partner Kale and two small ridiculous dogs, Pickle and Olive.
